[PATCH] ctdb - add sock_packet_header structure and sock_client abstraction

Hi,

There patches abstract common boilerplate code for a client communicating
with a server over a unix domain socket.

Also, add a generic packet header which will be used in the protocol by new
daemons (e.g. service manager, ip failover).

Please review and push.
