[PATCH] NTVFS posix bindings to Python 3

Hello.

I ported other modules to Python 3 compatible form - samba.posix_eadb, 
samba.xattr_native and samba.xattr_tdb - and I added tests for the first 
mentioned module.

Tested on Python 2.7.13, 3.6.2, and 2.6.6.
