[PATCHES] GPO support for the AD DC itself

Hi,

I had a branch which passed all the tests (which required some 
additional changes to your tests) and avoids a bunch of compiler warnings.

I've tried rebasing it on master, and it seems that a fix for GPO being 
applied backwards has been added in the meantime (which conflicts). You 
may have to check if it has the same meaning.

Andrew's just gone off on leave (with this was still hanging on his 
plate to look at). Looking at those other fixes, Guenther reviewed these 
other GPO patches, so if you're looking for a second review, he might be 
interested.
