I don't think it should be in the container.  That makes it sn-devel
specific, and we already have Travis-CI and the samba-cloud-autobuild
that also need to be able to do this kind of work. 

I don't expect it will be accepted to put MIT Krb5 into third_party,
but something similar (perhaps a download URL and a tarball hash)
certainly is needed.

We need a more sustainable solution than blindly assuming all
developers have the right MIT Krb5 build on their workstations and
build environments.
