[PATCH] Fix external trust with Heimdal and MIT Kerberos

Hello,

this is bug: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12554

our client code has some issues dealing with external trusts and we did not 
not detect that, because Heimdal had some magic in the KDC. After disabling 
this magic we started to fix the client issues. MIT Kerberos needs an 
additional fix.

So the last days I pair-programmed the attached patchset with Metze.


If someone wants to take a look, please do.


I plan to push this upstream tomorrow, if nobody objects.
