[PATCH] Create DC DNS entires at domain join

For testing purposes I created a new forest on Win2012R2, reduced the 
forest/domain level to 2008 R2 and joined a 2008 R2 machine. In this 
scenario all DNS records were created automatically.

I don't see a regression. The DNS records were never created in the past 
when joining a Windows DC to a Samba AD and this behaviour is still the 
same with your patch.
