[PATCH] nwrap: fix logic for finding NSS_WRAPPER_MAX_HOSTENTS errors

I compiled a new git GCC the other day, and it produces a non-fatal
warning about comparing pointers to character literals.

I think if you tried setting NSS_WRAPPER_MAX_HOSTENTS to say "23Q", it
would have been set to 23 without warnings. Now it will warn and refuse
the setting.
