Also 301 redirects to a "outdated" subfolder on the server I would say, so that
already from looking at the URL everyone knows that those files are outdated.

And clean up https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/ and remove all those links which
are either dead or even more outdated than the howto collection.

In https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/man/ I would say we should only have man
pages, as the directory man indicates.

And while we are cleaning up all those things I would like to propose that we
introduce versioned subdirectories of the man pages, so that there is for
example a "master/man/", a "4.{0,1,2,3,4,5}/man/", path each holding the man
pages of the corresponding samba branch.
