I'm not sure if all of these should be removed,
the fact that they're not in MS-ERREF doesn't mean
for sure they don't exist.

NT_STATUS_VHD_SHARED, NT_STATUS_SMB_BAD_CLUSTER_DIALECT
and mayber others need to stay.

May all should stay unless they's another define for the same
value.
