I'm curious, what fails with the new KCC for them?  Just the need to
switch the DCs to it manually if they are not on 4.5 yet, or something
more?  For our larger customers (with larger numbers of DCs or
hub/spoke satellite links), things only got stable/practical once they
moved to the new KCC.

I'd like to see this untested extra code (or at the very least the
parts that run but don't actually modify the repsFrom) gone for 4.7 but
there isn't an immediate rush.
