[PATCH] add ceph: user_id parameter

Hi,

The attached patchset adds a new "ceph: user_id" parameter, for use in
explicitly setting the Ceph client ID used by vfs_ceph. A couple of
other minor cleanups are also included.

Feedback appreciated.
