[PATCH] Run 'samba' daemon in foreground

This additional patch is required otherwise running just 'samba' hangs,
and does not detach from the terminal.

Please carefully review and push!

Also, this MUST be backported to 4.7 before 4.7.4 is released to avoid
a regression.
