[PATCH] docs-xml: mention that the man pages are "part of" version x

maybe later I would say, because then also the whole block could be generated
differently depending if the man page was built as part of a samba manpage
built or part of a separate librarly manpage built. For now I'd like to get
this just corrected like this because the other solution might take some more
time to get thought through.
