GSOC 2017 - Samba fork review/merge request

Hi all!

I believe it's a good time for the the project to become available via 
the Samba Git repo at this point. This will be very helpful, since the 
work so far will be reviewed and become directly available to anyone 
interested to take a look and provide feedback. This would really help 
me finalize everything during this last stage.

The cmocka test suites and the function wrapping implementations 
especially, would greatly benefit from your comments and advice.
