[PATCH] binding.c enable DCERPC_SCHANNEL_AUTO for schannel connections

Patches attached, they're currently failing our cloud builds with:

1991(11894)/2102 at 2h34m8s] samba.tests.dcerpc.dnsserver(ad_dc)
Failed to bind to uuid 50abc2a4-574d-40b3-9d66-ee4fd5fba076 for
ncacn_ip_tcp:127.0.0.30[49152,sign,target_hostname=addc,abstract_syntax=50abc2a4-574d-40b3-9d66-ee4fd5fba076/0x00000005,localaddress=127.0.0.11]
NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL
UNEXPECTED(error):
samba.tests.dcerpc.dnsserver.samba.tests.dcerpc.dnsserver.DnsserverTests.test_accept_valid_commands(ad_dc)
REASON: Exception: Exception: Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "bin/python/samba/tests/dcerpc/dnsserver.py", line 120, in setUp
    self.get_credentials())
NTSTATUSError: (-1073741823, '{Operation Failed} The requested operation
was unsuccessful.')

I'm chasing that up this morning.
