[PATCH] binding.c enable DCERPC_SCHANNEL_AUTO for schannel connections

Fixes an issue in python netlogon.netlogon over schannel, which fails
with NT_STATUS_DOWNGRADE_DETECTED.

Andrew could you please take a look, I'm not sure the fix is in the
correct place.
