Hi Uri,

Volker came us with the idea for the attached,
which should achieve the same effect as the changes
I did for https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11259,
but with minimal code changes.

If you could check it out in your test env I'd appreciate
it. I'm going to try and test it here also.
