[PATCHES] Update 'samba-tool user create' to obtain NETBios domain name automatically

Hi, these patches came about after Andrew's comments about my last set
of patches. 

He suggested removing all references to NIS and setting the domain name
from AD. This is what the the first patch does. 

The second changes samdb.py to the use of nisdomain to netbios_domain

The third patch updates the samba-tool user create test to match the
changes.

The fourth patch, came as a bit of a surprise to me, it actually makes
the test provisioning load ypServ30.ldif.

I have sent these to Andrew and he has advised me to send them here.
