4.5.0 upgrade samba-tool dbcheck errors

I'm assuming that the deleted users were deleted 180 days ago or more?
 That would explain why they are now recycled and the links don't point
anywhere any more.

In our modern code, we now expunge (directly remove) those links at
delete time, as we always should have, rather than mark them deleted,
so this won't keep happening.  Samba master will also remove these
links when they themselves become 180 days dead, which they probably
are, so they will also get cleaned up in the long term.
