Volker had objections around the rawpipe server loop parts going into
the core rpc_server.c. Although I feel those changes aren't really
intrusive and I believed I was using the suggested approach I attach
here a version with the server loop implemented in the wsp daemon code
itself so no rawpipe server infrastructure, the rawpipe client code
still exists (but I could move this into the wsp daemon code too)
please see https://github.com/noelpower/samba/tree/WSP-WIP-NO_RAWPIPE

Additionally I thought a client only version might be an easier 'first
step', with that in mind I additionally attach a secondary patch set
that provides just the client side of the code + all the idl (and some
supporting patches) please see
https://github.com/noelpower/samba/tree/WSP-WIP-CLIENT-ONLY

Thanks

Noel
