4.5.0 upgrade samba-tool dbcheck errors

Can I please get the full example of the object (search the database
with ldbsearch) as well as the full output here for the DN from
dbcheck:

With the info you have given so far, thankfully these are harmless.  We
didn't realise this warning would come up as much as it has in
production.  However I would prefer to see more detail to be sure.
