4.5.0 upgrade samba-tool dbcheck errors

i did an upgrade from 4.3.6 to 4.5.0 and samba-tool dbcheck --fix fixed a lot
of entries

however reruning the check again shows 

Checked 1175 objects (316 errors)

they're all old deleted ghost objects

one example of the 316 entries

051500000092e87665245894e155a90956f2040000>;CN=Deleted
User,OU=Users,OU=1985D,OU=DOMAIN,DC=DOMAIN,DC=my
unable to find object for DN CN=Deleted
User,OU=Users,OU=1985D,OU=DOMAIN,DC=domain,DC=my - (No such Base DN:
CN=Deleted User,OU=Users,OU=1985D,OU=DOMAIN,DC=domain,DC=my)
Not removing dangling forward link

how can i go about cleaning it up if the dbcheck --fix fails to do so?
