Samba 4.5.0rc4 or final?

I'm pretty sure we just fixed the last bug in CTDB!  ;-)

More seriously, we don't have any important CTDB fixes, regression or
otherwise, left to go for 4.5.0.

Anything that comes up can go into a later 4.5.x...
