Samba 4.5.0rc4 or final?

https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12171 claims to be a
regression, but:
 - I don't see a fix coming in the short term (so not worth waiting).
 - No claim is made that 4.4 was any better
 - I don't have enough information anyway.
