Jeremy,

Thank you. My copyright had not been added to the two files I believed
qualified for it as I know different projects/persons have different
views on how much change needs to be done to qualify. I have now cleared
it with SATOH Fumiyasu and the final patch will include my notice on
vfs_virusfilter_vfs.c and vfs_virusfilter_utils.c, in addition to that
already there.

Additionally, we (SATOH Fumiyasu and myself) have discussed a commit
message containing something like:

Contributors:

SATOH Fumiyasu @ OSS Technology Corp., Japan
Module creator/maintainer

Luke Dixon luke.dixon at zynstra.com <mailto:luke.dixon at zynstra.com>
Samba 4 support

Trever L. Adams
Documentation
Code contributions
Samba-master merge work

With many thanks to the Samba Team.

My copyright addition and the commit message was discussed on the
project page on github for those interested.

I have also asked Luke and SATOH Fumiyasu to sign off by responding to
this email.

Again, I am doing this work on my own, not as part of my employment.

Thank you.

Trever
