[PATCH] ctdb-conn: add missing variable initialization

Hi!

Please see attached patch which fixes a potential crash in 
ctdbd_migrate(). The patch applies to master, v4-5-stable and v4-4-stable.

The patch won't fit on v4-3-stable (which has the same issue), but 
v4-3-stable is in security-fixes-only mode. If required the patch can be 
easily adjusted.
