I'm not really in a position to push this forward (I just don't have
the context in the winbindd idmap space, as the AD DC has it's own
disgusting hack that bypasses it), but I do have a large customer at
work that uses Samba as an AD DC and a lot of macs, and so matching the
OSX algorithm sound like a good option to have.
