[PATCH] Include system /etc/krb5.conf if we use MIT Kerberos

Thinking more about it is an issue I don't know how to tackle yet: for
make test build do we need to include something from the install
root/build root instead of the system-wide /etc/krb5.conf?

I'd say 'yes' because we may want to have a different configuration that
does not step over existing user's credentials. Yes, we redefine
KRB5CCNAME and KRB5_CONFIG in the tests but this file is used by the
Samba AD DC, so it must be obeying make test too...
