[PATCH] Drop CTDB's copy of sys_read() and sys_write()

* ctdb-lock-helper: Drop include of ctdb_private.h
* ctdb-common: Drop CTDB's copy of sys_read() and

The 2nd is just a cleanup I noticed on the way.  :-)
