Samba4.4.5 cross compilation for PowerPC

I execute below commands on my terminal before I start compilation.
export PYTHON_CONFIG=-I/usr/include/python2.7
export python_LDFLAGS=""
export python_LIBDIR=""

could you please suggest me where I am doing msitake.

For this "export PYTHON_CONFIG=-I/usr/include/python2.7",
I have tried setting "/usr/bin/python2.7-config" too instead of above
include path.
