[RESEND PATCH] DsBind and DsGetDomainControllerInfo to return 2k8 structs complete

Hi,

No objections, and thanks for your effort. Currently I am quite silent, as
I have a lot of work, and not much time to do the interesting stuff. After
migrating from Samba3 NT style domain to Samba4 AD we're now in progress of
cleaning up things our infrastructure accumulated the past 10 or so years,
migrating clients and managing two user databases (AD and old OpenLDAP,
which will be used at least for next couple of months).

The good news is, the migration was relativly painless, Windows clients
continue to work as if nothing happened, and aside from DNS (many
subdomains and multiple offeices in various locations) and some minor
problems, nothing major broke. So for that I would also say thanks to all
Samba developers ;)

This patch and another patch (event based replication updating replTo,
hourly notification sent to other DCs, working on it) are running in
production already, based on Samba 4.4.3.
