Patch: Make resolv_wrapper handle NS records to allow more self tests

Hi folks,

Attached is a patch to the resolv_wrapper code to handle NS records.

It is the same patch as I sent earlier only this time applied to the
resolv_wrapper repository.

A self test coming up ...

Review and push appreciated and then I can get onto dns-related self tests.
