Where is the dns_host_file generated in the self tests?

Hi folks,

I have made some progress in figuring out why net ads dns register
fails in the self-test environment.

The resolv_wrapper is being asked for name servers, and cannot find
any in the dns_host_file.

I can see how to parse such a record, but where are they generated.

A bunch of searching has not found it.
