it looks like the libraries in lib/ use their own bin directories on
104, so we need to ignore them. I don't know why it does this, or why it
doesn't on 144.

The other way to fix it would be to revert the original patch, but
that would again ignore the files in source4/scripting/bin/.

Garming has tested this patch in a private autobuild on sn-devel-104,
though perhaps not in exactly the same circumstances as the flakey
tests.
