make testenv blah blah not saving pcap files?

Hi folks,

I have a mod to the socket wrapper stuff that seems to allow me to run
net ads gethostbyname server name ... but it returns no information
... but does return ERROR_DNS_SUCCESS.

Here is how I am running it:

make testenv SELFTEST_TESTENV="ad_member:local"
TEST_OPTIONS='--socket-wrapper-pcap --socket-wrapper-keep-pcap'

My problem is that I am not getting a pcap file in ./st/w/pcap ...

What have I done wrong?
