[Release Planning] Supported release branches, 4.1 discontinued!

Hi,

with the release of Samba 4.4.0 yesterday,

o the 4.1 release branch has been marked DISCONTINUED (NO security
releases any more !),
o the 4.2 release branch has been turned into the security fixes only
mode,
o the 4.3 release branch has been turned into the maintenance mode.
