Can you please file a bug under https://bugzilla.samba.org too,
the redhat bug is not public.

I'd also like to know where and why:

client NTLMv2 auth = yes
client use spnego = no
client max protocol = NT1

is used in production?

As far as I know that does not work against Windows
and gets NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER.
