[PATCHES] fix setting of msDS-SupportedEncryptionTypes during join

Hi,

attached some followup fixes for the fix that already went to master
in order to address bug:

With these patches "net ads join" succeeds in setting
msDS-SupportedEncryptionTypes during the domain join both as an admin
and as a normal user - both with our without previously acquired
Kerberos credentials (and joining via "net ads join -k").
