[PATCH] Improvements in ctdb-protocol

Hi,

Here are the patches that add function to print ctdb packets for debugging
purposes.
It also adds a test utility where one can paste the packets (as strings in
sendto/recvfrom/send/recv calls) from strace output.

Please review and push.
