[PATCH] ctdb-common: For AF_PACKET socket types, protocol is in network order

Hi,

Recent commit that changes the protocol field for socket() calls from
network order to host order, did so wrongly for AF_PACKET type of sockets.

For AF_PACKET sockets, the protocol field is expected in network order.

Please review and push.
