Add support for PAC_UPN_DNS_INFO/SamInfo6 and PAC_DEVICE_INFO parsing

Hi,

here're some patches to use SamInfo6 instead of SamInfo3 internally.
This allows us to generate a PAC_UPN_DNS_INFO element and avoid
losing information. Passing this through winbindd is still to do,
but winbindd doesn't do NTLMSSP for trusted domains yet.

I've also added idl/parsing for PAC_DEVICE_INFO, which isn't
used yet.
