Patch: Add an option to samba_dnsupdate to add NS records

Hi folks,

The attached patch has been reviewed by Rowland but for some reason I
cannot get it through autobuild ...

Can someone else push it please.

It is the last step to get the DNS stuff working in the resolv-wrapper env.
