Yep, we're working hard...  ;-)

There's a small-ish backport (56 changesets) on top of v4-4-test in my
v4-4-reclock branch at:

  git://git.samba.org/martins/samba.git

I've only done some simple smoke testing on it... 

The only real ugliness is in the commit when ctdb_mutex_fcntl_helper is
introduced.  I lazily added a dependency on samba-debug because
ctdb-system uses DEBUG().  Amitay has done a bunch of cleaning up
around ctdb/common/, so I've obviously missed something there but I
can't figure out right now why I need the extra dependency.  I'll blame
a cold I seem to have picked up...
