[PATCH] Replace ctdb tool using new client API

Hi,

Here is a set of patches that improves the ctdb tool using new client API.

The patches include:

- Minor bug fixes
- Some more tool tests
- Fixing common/protocol code to support new tool
- Drop old tool and add new tool
- Fix the tests output matching new tool
- Drop THAW control
- Drop global transaction controls
- Update WHATSNEW

Since the changes corresponding to removing and adding ctdb tool are big,
they are available in my ctdb-tool branch.
