Samba 4.5.0rc1 dbwrap_watch

Hi Volker,

can you write a little section about the incompatible
changes for lockting.tdb, smbXsrv_session_global.tdb
and others?

Including possible action items for a cluster update.
Is it enough to shutdown ctdb on all nodes and then
restart them all again with the new version?
