dbwrap_file was a very early attempt to "cluster" dbwrap, before ctdb was
fully functional. It is surprisingly quick compared to even tdb on a file
system that deals well with many small files. It completely bit-rotted,
but from time to time I still look at it. Feel free to remove, that's
what version control is for.
