[PATCH] remove ctdb.pc file for samba 4.4

Hi ctdb experts,

since we neither ship public headers nor public libs for ctdb anymore
with samba 4.4, I think we should remove the confusing ctdb pkgconfig
file which still gets installed (found during packaging samba 4.4.0rc1
for fedora).

Please review and push if appropriate.
