[PATCH] Make samba-tool user password more user friendly

Hi, the attached  patch makes 'samba-tool user password' a bit more user 
friendly, it removes the '--newpassword' option, this seems to confuse 
users when they then get prompted for a password i.e should they give 
the old or new password. With this patch, the user will be prompted for 
the original password and then the new password (twice), this seems to 
be the way that most password changing scripts work. The help message 
has also been improved.
