NFS just sucks in this regard. It's not nice, but this is from a pretty
hard to track down hang in a customer environment.  The customer did an
NFS-import that was completely unrelated to Samba somewhere in a separate
tree that Samba was not supposed to see or touch at all. Well, with
fileid we walk *all* mounts and stat/statfs them. Not really nice either.

I don't know what to think, but the situation is less than optimal
both ways.
