[PATCH] AIX Fix custom clock monotonic build failure

Hi again,
Sorry for the empty emails, It seems I can't send plain text emails with

Here's the original text:

Can't build Samba 4.3.5 on AIX 7.1 because AIX defines CLOCK_* as cast 
expressions rather than integer constants which breaks

 #if CUSTOM_CLOCK_MONOTONIC != CLOCK_REALTIME

when CUSTOM_CLOCK_MONOTONIC is defined as CLOCK_MONOTONIC or CLOCK_HIGHRES 
in lib/replace/system/time.h.
